Although you are always welcome to bring your vehicle in for service, if noise is not your thing, we have a solution.

Can I schedule my appointment online?
Yes! Scheduling Hayward Kia’s Pickup & Delivery Service is simple! You can schedule online so long as the pickup and drop-off location is within 15 miles from Hayward Kia and your service appointment is scheduled at least two (2) business days in advance. Once you have scheduled, please wait for confirmation for our team. You can also schedule by calling us at

Is there a fee for Hayward Kia’s Pickup & Delivery Service?
It’s FREE! Hayward Kia does not charge a fee for the first time your vehicle needs our pick-up and delivery service. If there is a second request for pick-up and delivery, there is a nominal fee of $29.95, however this fee will be waived if the repair order cost of parts and labor (excluding fees/taxes) exceed $300.
Will I get a loaner vehicle?
A loaner vehicle may or may not be available. Alternative options may be offered as well. Just ask when you schedule your service.
Will my vehicle only get serviced at Hayward Kia?
Yes, your vehicle will be serviced at Hayward Kia. On the outside chance we need to send your vehicle to another facility, we will contact you for approval before the vehicle leaves our dealership.
What if my vehicle is not drivable?
If your vehicle is not drivable but still under warranty, the solution is simple! Just contact Kia Roadside assistance at (800) 333-4542 and arrange for your vehicle to be brought to Hayward Kia. Once the repairs are complete, we will deliver the vehicle to you. If you’re vehicle is not driveable and not under warranty, call us and we’ll provide you with additional information to assist you.
