We understand that sometimes a vehicle choice does not feel right after delivery. With every eligible pre-owned purchase from Hayward Kia, our Simple Exchange program gives you a do-over.
A Second Chance to Choose the Right Vehicle
If you purchase a pre-owned vehicle from Hayward Kia and later decide it is not the one you dreamed of, we may accept it for exchange when the program guidelines are met.
How Simple Exchange Works
3-Day Window
The vehicle must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
Under 200 Miles
The vehicle must be exchanged with less than 200 miles added from when it was delivered.
Same Condition
The vehicle must be in similar or the same condition, without damage or abnormal wear and tear.
Simple Exchange Guidelines
No Resale or Transfer
The vehicle cannot have been resold or transferred to any person or entity before the exchange.
Payment Credit
Amounts previously paid toward the replacement vehicle purchase may be transferred, including down payment, agreed trade-in value, and amounts paid toward principal.
Replacement Vehicle Difference
If the replacement vehicle costs less, you may receive credit for the difference. If it costs more, you are responsible for the difference.
One Exchange
Only one exchange is allowed per customer and/or transaction. Exchanges may be subject to lender approval if financing was used.
